Client Responsibilities

MJ Event Designs is not liable for delays or changes caused by incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the client, or by circumstances outside of our control such as weather, venue restrictions, or third-party vendor issues.

Liability & Limitations

While MJ Event Designs strives to deliver exceptional service and quality, we cannot guarantee outcomes beyond our direct control, including but not limited to third-party vendor performance or unforeseen circumstances affecting the event. Our liability, if any, is limited to the amount paid for our services. By working with us, clients acknowledge that event planning and execution involve variables outside of our influence, and agree to hold MJ Event Designs harmless for damages, losses, or claims beyond the scope of our contracted services.
